I was an Associate Professor in the School of Education at Utah Valley University. This informal website matches my relaxed personality. I have attended Indiana University, Bloomington, Utah State University, Cal State Fullerton, University of Texas, San Antonio, and St. Mary's University. I enjoy many areas of research but am completing work on gamification in the classroom, flipped classrooms, competency-based grading, collaboration and creativity, socially responsible open education, digital badges, and the four C's.
